- tripnest.space (Marketplace)
By accessing or using TripNest, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the TripNest Platform
TripNest operates a hybrid travel platform that may include:
- Partner-referred tours and tickets. Bookings are completed on the official partner’s website.
- Marketplace experiences via TripNest. Bookings and payments are completed directly on TripNest using integrated payment providers.
- TripNest-operated tours. Experiences organized and sold directly by TripNest (if applicable in the future).
TripNest may act as:
- a referral platform
- a marketplace operator
- or a tour organizer, depending on the specific listing
The role of TripNest is clearly indicated for each experience.
2. No Direct Responsibility for Partner Services
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- TripNest does not organize, operate, or deliver partner tours
- TripNest does not control the quality, safety, legality, or execution of partner services
- Partners and organizers act as independent service providers
TripNest is not a travel agency for partner-referred experiences.
3. Eligibility & Use of the Platform
- There is no age restriction for browsing TripNest
- Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to book and pay
- You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in good faith
4. Accounts & Access
- Browsing TripNest may not require an account
- Creating an account may be required for bookings or communication
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
5. Bookings & Payments
A) Partner-Referred Bookings
- Payments are completed on the partner’s website
- TripNest does not process payments
- Partner’s terms and policies apply
B) Marketplace Bookings via TripNest
- Payments are processed via Stripe or other integrated providers
- Organizers define their own pricing, cancellation, and refund policies
- TripNest may collect a platform service fee
C) TripNest-Operated Tours
- Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are stated clearly on the tour page
- TripNest acts as the responsible provider for those experiences
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds depend on the type of booking
- Partner-referred bookings follow partner policies
- Marketplace bookings follow organizer policies
- TripNest-operated tours follow TripNest’s stated policy
TripNest does not guarantee refunds unless legally required.

7. Changes, Cancellations & Service Issues
TripNest is not responsible for:
- Schedule changes
- Cancellations by partners or organizers
- Service quality issues
TripNest reserves the right to:
- Remove or suspend listings
- Restrict access for violations of these Terms
8. Organizer & Partner Responsibilities
Organizers and partners are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of listings
- Legal compliance
- Safety and execution of services
- Customer communication
- Refund and cancellation handling (unless TripNest is the provider)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripNest is not liable for:
- Injuries, losses, or damages during travel
- Disputes between users and partners
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party website actions
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All TripNest branding, content, design, and structure are protected.
